LYNXJET, VB ‘BOONY STAR IN PROMO LIONS
The Lynx Jet babes welcomed VB’s Boonie on board the Promo Lions show.
George Patterson Y&R Melbourne’s popular talking man was well received by all jury members, according to Australian jury member Glen Condie from Maverick.
“I love Boonie and was worried that he wouldn’t translate, but it did - jury members from 15 other countries got it,” he said.
Overall in the promo category, Australia picked up three Promo Lions – two for Lynx Jet and one for Boonie. New Zealand also picked up three, two for TBWA\Whybin and one for Saatchi & Saatchi.
No Gold, Silver or Bronze were awarded, only the Grand Prix and Promo Lions. Next year the colour of the metal will differ.

Judging by the lack of comments on the last few articles, one can only assume that most of the regular bloggers are in Cannes.
