Where's Sydney?

Sydney resides at the centre of the earth, which revolves around it.

Now answer my question - where's Melbourne?

Sydney Suit.

Chips on shoulder, money and talent leaving at the first oppurtunity.

I bet you think the earth is flat too Sydney Suit. Where's Galileo with his big integrated idea when we need him.

Melbourne is down the pub watching the footy and taking the piss out of Sydney...Why do you ask??

Yo Suit - I suppose it's hard to read a map when your head is stuck so far up your own arse. Good luck. Oh, and incidently if Sydney is at the centre of the earth it would be a long way underground - 10.38 has a point. I guess it's hard to learn new ideas when your head is stuck so far up your own arse. Best wishes. Oh, and if sydney is analogous to the US, thank christ I don't live there. Analogous is a funny word because it hides the word 'anal' - which is funny. Regards.

It also hides the word "log". Doubly funny. :))

"Sydney Suit". Of all the words you could possibly throw together 'Sydney' and 'Suit' were the best you got?

I guess that explains it..

Sorry, I guess I wasn't asking where Melbourne is geographically, what I wanted to know by asking 'where's Melbourne?' was where is Melbourne - culturally?

I mean I hear people bang on about Melbourne & stuff but I reckon Sydney has way more culture. Seriously, can you top Sneaky Sound System or Bang Gang? Those guys really are pushing boundaries....and what do you got? The Avalanches? Pffft.

Sydney Suit.

Are you kidding me?!

You talk like you know something about music. Considering that the Avalanches have been dead for years. Anyone who knows can tell you that Melbourne is the dance music capital of Australia. Sydney clubs suck, your people are snobs and you get mugged just for walking in the wrong place. You've got everything Melbourne doesn't need - including crap beer. Ever heard of Carl Cox ? That guy who used to charge 100k plus for one nights djing. Well he lives in Melbourne. But why he chose to live in Frankston beats the shit out of me. That aside there is the irrefutable fact - Melbourne is the world's most liveable city.

...Melbourne is the world's most liveable city.

Doesn't Brisbane drag that hoary old cliché out too?

Hey 11.01 AM, thanks for proving my point. You say 'Melbourne is the dance music capital of Australia.' Is that code for 'Melbourne is the 4 years ago capital of Australia?'

Buddy if you knew anything about music you'd know that Sydney is waaaaaaayyyyy out ahead on the electro clash tip. Ever heard of a little place called Surry Hills? That shit has more cultural diversity and international artistic credibility than the entire history of the whole of Melbourne.

And that includes Frankston fool.

Sydney Suit.

Seems Suit got tired of toying with the creatives and is now busy stirring the Melbourne pot.

Why don't you just get back to the work you keep insisting you're so good at, Suit? Tell you what, I'll do the same.

Congratuations to the those in the top 10 of Award School Melbourne!

Hey dinosaur! I'm pretty sure dance music includes electro. Maybe you're confused about the word dance seeing as your calicified hips are starting to fossilise. At least you've got the national museum to look forward to.
