Nice one Lynchy, good synergy with the rest of the empire.

Can we expect another 11,000 on the blog now? Maybe we'll pick up a few Russian swear words?

Whatever you do, please do not turn the site into another CB Blog bitch fest. The best aspect of BestAds is that the work is showcased without your average ad prick getting the opportunity to slag it off.

9:43... Bestads will stay as it is (definitely no comments allowed!), and hopefully get better with updates daily of the world's best work.

By the way, we will be doing a revamp of the site in the next few months, so if there are any cool website designers out there interested, make contact.

okijWhat I always liked about Best Ads was precisely not really knowing where it was based. It had as many European and Asian ads as US ones (unlike Ad*ritic). I really really hope you don't bow to pressure to feature lukewarm stuff because it is local, as opposed to shit hot work worldwide. Guess "seen & noted" would be the best fit from within CB

Congrats Lynchy - this will keep you busy for a while by the looks of it. Did the deal include people to work with you on running the site?

Duncan, unfortunately not... but Kim and I are getting the hang of it thanks to a bit of after sales service from Beamo, together with IT man Daniel Winter, who will continue to work with us into the future.

Meanwhile, we've got a top Sydney agency working on a total revamp of the site, which should come online in a few months.

We're also getting strong support from even more agencies around the world (all those years going to Cannes has finally paid off) so check out the site daily.
